VinFast has signed agreements with 14 e-scooter distributors in the Philippines, as it prepares to roll out its electric mobility lineup in the country by June.

The company said the partnerships will help accelerate the development of its retail and service network nationwide, focusing on key urban areas where demand for two-wheel transport is high.
Among the partners are established motorcycle distributors such as Wheeltek, Transcycle, Superbikes Corporation, Motoxpress, Motorpro, and others.
Under the agreements, VinFast and its partners will set up showrooms that follow the brand’s global standards, offering a range of electric scooters including the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper, along with future models designed for local conditions.

The company is also working on building a broader ecosystem in the Philippines, which includes after-sales support, financing options, and energy infrastructure.
A key part of this plan is the rollout of around 30,000 battery-swapping stations nationwide, aimed at reducing downtime and making EV adoption more practical for daily use.
VinFast sees the Philippines as a high-growth market due to its large motorcycle user base, rising fuel costs, and increasing interest in more sustainable transport options.
The country is part of VinFast’s wider expansion strategy in Southeast Asia, alongside Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and India.
