Range anxiety is real. But the charging network in Metro Manila has quietly grown to a point where it no longer has to be.

The Department of Energy’s official EVCS locator now counts 411 AC charging locations, 98 DC fast charging locations, and 18 battery swap stations registered nationwide. A big chunk of those are concentrated in Metro Manila, and most riders have no idea half of them exist.
This is the most complete public list we could build from verified sources. It covers government-run free stations, mall hubs, gas station chargers, and battery swap points, organized by city so you can actually use it.
We will keep updating this as more stations come online.
One thing to know before the list
Most e-motorcycles and e-scooters sold in the Philippines, including Motorstar, NWOW, Surreal, and XTND models, charge through a standard 220V wall outlet via an onboard charger. You do not need a special connector. What you need is a publicly accessible outlet or a dedicated charging bay.
The larger Type 2 AC chargers and CCS2 DC fast chargers at mall hubs are primarily for four-wheeled EVs.
They will not directly work with most e-motorcycles unless your bike has a Type 2 port. That said, many of these locations also have standard 220V outlets nearby or dedicated e-bike bays. It is always worth asking the parking staff.
The stations marked specifically for e-bikes and scooters are the most relevant if you are on a two-wheeler.
FREE Charging Stations
These are government-backed and institution-based. No fee, no app needed. Bring your own charging cable.

The screenshot above shows 411 AC locations, 98 DC locations, and 18 BSS locations registered with the DOE nationwide. That is 527 stations total, many of which are not in any published list online.
The DOE’s interactive EVCS locator at evindustry.ph/evcs-locations is the only source with the complete official count. Search by city or province to filter for Metro Manila stations. It shows charger type, operating hours, pricing, and Google Maps pins for each registered station.
It is worth bookmarking if you ride regularly.

Robinsons Land just signed a deal to add 200 more chargers across select properties.
Shell has 30 more fast-charging sites going live in 2026. And Voltai is growing beyond its Cleanfuel pilot.
The real question now is not whether there are enough stations. It is whether the ones that exist are actually convenient for daily riding in your area.
Which city are you in, and is the coverage good enough for your commute? Drop it in the comments. If there’s a station we missed, let us know and we’ll add it to the list.
