Bristol Motorcycles just dropped one of the more interesting 150cc scooters at the recent 2026 Makina Moto Expo. The Zontes 150X is now officially in the Philippines, priced at an introductory PHP 149,900, before it settles at a regular SRP of PHP 169,900.

The headline spec here is the single-piece aluminum alloy frame, something you normally see on liter-class bikes, not a 150cc scooter. That frame tips the scale at just 8.5 kg, helping bring the total curb weight down to 108 kg. For comparison, the Honda ADV160 weighs around 131 kg. That is a meaningful gap, especially if you are navigating Metro Manila traffic daily.

Power comes from a 149.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine rated at 17.7 HP and 15.5 Nm of torque. Those are solid numbers for the class, with the peak power arriving at 8,700 rpm. The engine also uses an all-aluminum cylinder design, which helps with heat management under PH riding conditions.

Practicality is another strong point. The under-seat compartment fits two full-face helmets. No top box needed. The 150X also packs a full-color TFT display with Zontes DriveSync for smartphone connectivity, dual-channel ABS, traction control, and a Gen 2.5 keyless system as standard. There is also a Type-C USB port, selectable ride modes, and full LED lighting front to back.

Suspension setup is telescopic fork upfront and dual shock at the rear, paired with 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels.

At PHP 149,900, it undercuts the Honda ADV160 (PHP 166,900) while offering a frame material advantage that its rivals cannot match at that price point.
