The compact and rugged zūmo R1 Radar features a discreet design that can be mounted above or below the license plate.

The system includes a pair of heads-up indicator lights that can be installed either vertically or horizontally on the handlebars, providing riders with immediate visual alerts of approaching vehicles.

Installation is straightforward with direct power from the motorcycle’s ignition, eliminating the need for additional batteries or charging.

The device boasts an IP67 water rating. Also, riders can pair the zūmo R1 Radar with the Garmin zūmo XT2 motorcycle navigator or a compatible smartphone via the zūmo Radar app.

This integration provides a full-screen radar display showing real-time vehicle positions. When paired with compatible helmet or headset devices, riders receive audio alerts for increased situational awareness.

Another feature is the zūmo Radar app offers customization options, allowing users to adjust radar sensitivity and configure settings for both side and rear-facing lights.

The system uses color-coded alerts – yellow for vehicles in blind spots, gray for distant approaches, and red for rapidly approaching vehicles that may pose immediate danger.

The Garmin zūmo R1 Radar is available now for $599.99 USD. (~PHP 35k)
